Pathetic service, unprofessionally run establishment,their own booking policies only apply when it suits them

The place is run unprofessionaly. The booking rules that they refer to on booking.com don't apply when it doesn't suit them. They require an upfront payment for booking contrary to what is stated on booking.com. They refuse to give a refund for the deposit of R1500 even 10 days after the booking was cancelled. They take forever to respond to queries because there's not one point of contact when querying anything. We ended up canceling our reservation and demanding a refund which was refused by the owner,a certain B Dlamini. This company doesn't deserve to be on any booking platforms because what they're doing is tantamount to false advertising and misrepresentation.
