Zero service from Sikhona...dont use it

If i could give zero stars i would...these people dont respond..whatsapp, email, facebook, or direct calls. I sent money from Korea 3days back up to now they still havent cleared it. I dont even know how they are the middle man cos i sent using a different remittance company in south Korea. Very unprofessional when u send money expecting it to go through within a couple of hours and nobody bothers to get back to u....debits are bouncing off and im being charged ..bills need to be paid and they just dont even bother to respond . How do u work as an international transfer company if u cant even respond to a whatsapp text????????
