Slowest most unreliable money transfer

They say when someone sends you money from the states it takes 30mins but that is not the case it takes days. Imagine if you have an emergency. My latest experience is, someone sent money to me they did 3 transactions after 2days of continuous follow ups they pay out 2 out of the 3 references. When i ask for the 3rd one they say our system says it's been paid and they reset the pin for the2 that they paid out instead of paying out the 3rd one.
