Sikhona money transfer terrible service.

Last week the 5th I received funds from my daughter's God Father who's based in Hongkong who sent via another family member because he had reached his limit. I was given a hard time after talking to a compliance lady by the name of Fairuz who said I cannot be receiving from different people and in future they'll only clear if I receive from my daughter's God Father himself or my sister who has been sending based in England. But any other person they'll block the funds until verification is done and I'm welcome to contact them to clear. I welcomed the decision for them to do whatever verification whenever it's not the two mentioned. Today I received funds from my daughter's God Father and sent via a family member in HK and I said he can go ahead they'll verify and clear. And they can also see his reached his limit as I'm not the only family or people he'd be using the services for. I sent through to their WhatsApp customer service to ask them to verify and release and after over an hour waiting, Consultant came back with a message that unfortunately they will not release the funds but returning them back as I don't meet the 'Sikhona money transfer criteria' because I have been receiving from different entities and will not be clearing my funds. I'm so frustrated because this Fairuz woman said moving forward they'll have to verify and I said yes anytime and any how, the sender is always available to verify and myself. I'm very fed up and frustrated as these funds are for the school transport and other essentials especially now after my Mom's stroke. I have also tried making contact to Fairuz from compliance as she had indicated that I may call but nothing. Instead I received a long message with incorrect spelling as if it's from some *****ulent Agency stating that the funds are being returned back and can't be assisted because I suddenly don't meet the Sikhona money transfer criteria. I can't even get hold of anyone from Sikhona and receiving the worst service from them!!!! Hellopeter PLEASE HELP ME. Thank you.
