Money sent not received

This is by far the worst money transfer agent ever, kindly stay away from these imbeciles, who do not have a clue what customer service is about. Money was sent for me from the US. through them on Friday and today it's Monday still waiting while they are busy blaming Standard Bank and what not, have made several attempts to communicate via their watsapp so called customer service channel to no avail. Been chatting with a bot that's not even well programmed. These guys are so arrogant 🙄 spoke with one consultant who is also clueless. Wish the lowest rating was 0000. I simply want my money and will never use you ever again you pieces of sh........!!!!!!.
