Incompetence at its worst

I made a transfer to my S.A account from my U.K account. These *********** people held my money for days without contacting me to request for additional information. Now when I contact them they request for these additional documents. How was I supposed to know they needed additional documents? They could have relayed this back to Remitly who I used for the transfer. The incompetence amazes me.
