Im sorry to hear about the negative experience of others. However, I must commend the company on very good services. The process was relatively smooth and hassle free. I did a bank transfer (FNB to FNB) which reflected immediately. Do ask them for bank details as it was not readily available. Also, be sure to register on the app and not on directly online (desktop or laptop).
