Bad service by sikhona money transfer

Extremely bad and pathetic service from sikhona money transfert i received money from the USA with ria money on friday until now 5 days letter i have note received the money while i have all the details the sender sent me but no help since only excuses while very easy for them with their resources to contact their counterpart in USA to check what going on but nothing. Really extremely disappointing and another thing they dont have office while dealing with money transfers
