Query on the wealth creation club

I am F*en angry about the bad service I received from Sikhese Pty Ltd,I have app**** for a wealth creation club on the 03.06.2015 and according to the agreed contract with the company ,the first premium was paid on the 03.06.2015 for an amount of R 500.00 and thereafter another R 300.00 was paid however Sikhese failed to honour their contract agreement and therefore which led to my termination of contract with them ,I have contacted their office and their rude consultant gave me attitude, I need a refund for my premiums because they failed to deliver as promised , I will also be notifying my friends and family not to use Sikhese club because they will give you stress
