I was ****med by Sikast Projects, Legal Wise refuse to help

In October 2017 I entered into an agreement with Sikast Projects which sells stands. I bought a stand in Bonane Ext 2(Vanderbjlpark), the price was R170 000. I was supposed to pay R 10,000 deposit, which I did. And I was supposed to pay the rest of the money in 2 yrs. In the contract they promised that Engineering Services will be installed by 31 Oct 2018. I was paying every month until September 2018, when I went to check if they have started building roads as promised. I got there, the container that they used as an office was no longer there. I called numbers that were provided on the contract, one went straight to voicemail and the other did not exist. At that time I already paid R43 900. I went to Legal Wise since I have been their member for few years now, I asked for assistance to get back my money. They refused to help saying I did not reside on that stand, what about the money I lost.
