Disgusting service and no corrective action

We are a big corporate company and we procured signage and flags from this company. After negotiations we were assured of the quality of the product as well as the longevity of flags for our newly erected flag poles. So we spent the money at a premium and......Well the flags lasted one month!! After numerous empty promises that the flags would be replaced, our phone calls are ignored, messages not returned and the promise to resolve the problem is on-going. Please beware of Sign Tec Centurion. They talk a good talk but do not deliver on their commitments and the overall experience we had is extremely poor.
