Order not received

I have had the worst service for a simple order 2530 I ordered posters from Signs4sa and its been a month after we paid with no delivery 1st I was assisted by Nicholas and he incorrectly quoted us and went silent for 2 weeks Then I was assisted by Mervyn, who apologised and said he was on leave. who keeps promising that we will get our order it was ordered from another supplier and delivery will be done Friday ***4 to date no delivery

Mervyn called me at 12.38 today and I advised that I want a refund he still promises delivery. I'm done with the lies can we just have our REFUND please
