BE CAUTIOUS WHO YOU DO BUSINESS WITH - STAY CLEAR

SEPTEMBER 2021 - Having relocated to new premises where our branding was significant, we paid R75 000 in good faith believing our signage would be a breeze.

- Our reception area was defaced as massive holes were drilled into the walling where a simple backing board would have sufficed;

- The second sign was never fitted as it was too flimsy to withstand the elements;

- The third sign was erected however the lighting mechanism failed to operate. We had an electrician out on 3 different occasions only to be advised that the mechanism was broken and that it required rewiring;

- The fourth sign was printed on the incorrect material, twice and the logo too was wrong despite multiple confirmations from Signs4SA that they were in possession of the actual logo. The lighting for this sign was so bad, that the signage was illegible;

- The fifth sign was cracked and when we called in another signage company for their professional opinion, we were advised that we would have to have the sign redone as it would not withstand the elements. The sign was never erected, despite us having been billed for a cherry picker they failed to hire one.

Some 9 MONTHS down the line, we have had to employ another company to remove and redo all the signage that was provided as they are of such poor quality.

We were lulled into paying a massive deposit with empty promises where our calls went unanswered. I would NOT recommend this organization to anyone.

***UPDATE: WE PERSUED LEGAL RECOUSE AND JUDGEMENT HAS BEEN TAKEN.***
