Watch out for Brainstorm Branding Solutions (also trade under Signs360) based in The Randburg area in Gauteng. Quick to take your money and don’t deliver. A friend requested them to fix an outdoor neon sign at his business. They said they could do it. Money was paid and then they advised that they cannot fix it. Asked for a refund and was told that they had already purchased the parts. He said they could deliver the parts to him and refund the difference which they agreed to. They are now just not responding. So sad when companies just think it’s okay to pocket someone else’s hard earned money with zero delivery.
