The worst experience ever

Yesterday we went to SIGNS for a birthday celebration which reservations was made in advance deposit made, they force you to choose from their 2 or 3 course meal. Which that meal doesn't even have a lot of options on starters and mains, their food was very bland and lacked seasoning. So 3 of the guests canceled as we told the waiter he said, he can't cancel those orders as they already pre-make before we arrive! After everything was done, bill came they changed R800 extra for service fee, and the waiter said his tip it's a must it should be R650. I would never recommend it to anyone for celebrations or anything, as they are very sneaky for not informing people about all this extras before hand.
