Shocking Service!

<p>We had our signage revamped mid February 2016. A few days after the revamp we contacted David Allen (the owner) as we were not happy with the state of the signage erected. After numerous phone calls and following ups they sorted the issue out.</p> <p> </p> <p>5 months later (Mon 25 July 2016) in windy weather, the revamped portion of the signage is visibly lifted and approx 45 minutes after reporting this to David Allen as urgent, the signage blows off - thankfully no injuries were incurred as a result.</p> <p> </p> <p>David has had constant excuses from the time the signage lifting was reported to him, absolutely no effort was put into assisting with the signage that was about to come down (in fact, had Signout come out before the sign had fallen down the sign would have been temporarily secured and the sign would not have come down) and now Signout is denying liablity (and were quick to send us a quote to replace the fallen 'revamped' signage - which is a costly excercise) for the fallen signage as they say it was due to 'an act of God' which is absolutely not the case as not one tenant nor Security in the Centre where we are based have reported a single incident as a result of wind damage (AKA act of God) to Centre Management. We haven't heard of any incident/s in the surrounding areas neither as a result of the wind on that day.</p> <p> </p> <p>We urge people to check reviews / phone references on previous signage jobs done by Signage companies prior to giving the go ahead.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
