Signblast a myth

On Friday 29th of September I paid a 50% deposit on a memorial plaque that had been designed & agreed upon: On placing the order, I was told that lead time would be 3 to 5 working days. This was changed to 5 to 7 working days ... after 10 days I made an enquiry and was told that I need to wait another five days which of course for a memorial plaque, a service has been planned: this is unacceptable What do I do now at this late stage ?
