Beware of Megan McLachlan an agent at Signature Real Estate

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Megan McLachlan, an agent at Signature Real Estate. During our interactions last year, she made an ********* proposition, claiming that if we listed our property with her, she would arrange for an attorney to handle the transfer and offer us a “kickback” if we chose her recommended attorney. This behavior raised serious red flags, and we chose not to work with her.

To make matters worse, Megan later accidentally sent explicit, inappropriate photos of herself to my wife via WhatsApp, which were clearly identifiable as her. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior for someone in her position.

I strongly advise others to avoid working with Megan McLachlan. Based on our experience, her actions are unprofessional, *********, and highly questionable.
