I sourced a Renault Duster on Autotrader which was being advertised by Signature Motors, 152 North Rand Rd, Boksburg. The sales agent Raymond Schwartz was my first point of contact. Right from the initial correspondence, to receiving my new 2nd hand vehicle, he has gone above and beyond the service one expects. I live in Pinetown, Kwazulu-Natal, and it was no problem for Raymond and Signature Motors to drive the vehicle down to deliver to me. That is what you call service excellence.
