NO FEEDBACK ON APPROVAL FOR REPAIRS

I have purchased a vehicle and was told that it was a one owner vehicle,and that it was serviced recently,and the vehicle is in perfect condition.There is also hail damage.<br> On receipt of the vehicle I discovered that it wasnot serviced,and had an oil leak,the sump have a small hole in it.I was told to take it to a service centre,and the will service it.(oil service only)<br> It was discovered that there was a big problem with the brakes.the disks were worn 3mm below the minimum requirements.I contacted the seller,and was told that the owner must give approval!The problem now is the \OWNER"is always in a meeting and cant give me an answer.How did this car passed the roadworthy?\"""""
