Signature Lux Hotel Sandton sucks

I paid full price for a room. Upon arriving the hotel was being renovated. Surly there should be a discounted price for this. Rooms are VERY small. Construction ended at 5pm which is fine however one can clearly hear guests walking around. TV only SABC and ETV. Really unhappy with the stay. Breakfast was not good either. Does your chef know the difference between and soft and hard egg?. Shower took forever to warm up. Overall a very disappointing stay.
