Poor service by front of house staff at Signature Lux Sandton

From the time I was checking into the hotel the front of houses staff member was very blunt and rude. I made a special request to be placed on the first floor the lady point blank refused and said that she did not want to. After a bit of a debate she eventually gave in and gave me the rooms on the first floor. I would have thought that front office staff are trained to be courteous and respectful. She initially gave me her name on he next day after I asked to be booked in another room which she stated was not available and the on ly reason that she could move me to another room is if there was an issue with the room. I told her that the shower was leaking and she told me that did not warrant a room change. Again after debating this issue she did not change her mind. Thus the review on here.
