WOW factor

<p>WOW what an awesome experience! buying make up is always such a heart wrenching event - i have avoided the Edgars, Forschini & Clicks make up counters mainly because the ladies seem so intimidating & not interested in helping find the right product. Today was the second time i was assist by Feruscha Hop at Signature Cosmetics Table View and she truly is amazing, the first time i met with her she was so patient in helping me find the right products and she tested everything on me - instead of just letting me buy unneccesary things. She was so pleasant during the whole interaction with her - i was so happy that i told my colleague that she has to come to Signautre and meet this lady .. dissapointingly she wasnt there that day and we were assisted by someone else - who disspointingly did not seem interested in helping us. Today again i visited the store and Feruscha helped me and it just reminded me why i was still buying at Signature, she even offered me the loyalty card which i had no idea about - again she was so patient gave me her opinion and left me with something she said " i cannot let the client's buy something i wouldnt buy myself" that for me was so amazing to hear - because she really cared about making the clients happy. She really is an asset to your business - and really a brand ambassador for your company. </p> <p>I would definately be referrring my colleagues to her because she really is amazing - if i had a vacancy at my office i would offer it to her in a heart beat.</p> <p>Well done Ferushca :) You are an amazing person .. and you are definatley studying in the right field.</p>
