Poor Customer Service

Poor customer service. I was at signature store in Bloemfontein Bloem Plaza on Monday I wanted to buy a lipstick I asked for help they answered me with attituded instead they continued with their chats with their friend. Today I went to look for that lipstick again because I did not get help on Monday they did the same. When I share with my colleagues they explained that they also experience the same with that store. Can you kindly intervene.
