Not Received My refund

I Bought a LED Nail Lamp on The 26th January 2018 I Found that That it wasn't Working For me it never even cured the gel i had on my nails I returned It back to the store and asked for a refund,They called their head office to authorize my refund since last week Monday on 29th till today 5th February 2018 I haven't received my R350 I was told it was reversed through banks it will take a while but now its Seven Days I still have this small recipient i got from the store and the assistant Manager gave me a FNB Ref Number ********** 0 Saying Its FNB Merchant service that its responsible for my refund I returned Their product why I still haven't got my money? This has put a lot of stress on me because od this I would have used My R350 to do something else with it I won't Lie am not happy and am losing my patience with this matter at hand All I want is my money back Thank you I won't lie they gave me a great customer service
