Horrible customer service

So I went into the store to buy a foundation that comes with concealer for free. Saw it on Facebook being advertised. Ok I walk in the store. Get an assistant to help me. She does. I tell her what shade I am. She gives me something that's is lighter than I am. I again tell her what I want. She says let's test it. Ok I sit down She is still talking to her co workers about what they will eat for lunch instead of attending to me. After all Its what customer service is about. She then answers her cellphone and stops applying the foundation. And walks off no explaianation. She comes back and no apologies nothing. She applies my left cheek and says we done. Aren't we supposed to do the whole face? Then I pay. I didn't even get a slip coz the machine doesn t work. And then I get packed the tester. I have escalated the complaint its the 3rd day now no action has been done and no one has called me back. I again have to be running up and down and doing follow ups with no avail. I'm never returning to that store again
