HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I asked someone to buy me a powder make up brush, n unfortunately that individual brought a wrong brush. 1hour later I went to the store to exchange the brush for the correct one. Mind u I haven't opened the incorrect product when I get to the store I'm being told they have to call regional manager for an exchange which I found it very ridiculous as people at the store should be able to do so. With the patience I had I waited,they called n no answer and I was told to come back another time... Like what the HELL!!! Is that the customer service one must deal with, it was my first time buying there but I will NEVER be buying again
