Employees with bad attitude

I'd like to express my disappointment towards the Signature Cosmetics store in Atteridgeville Attlyn Centre. I went there on the 23 of July 2023 looking for some few beauty products. Then I decided to test a few perfumes because my friends and colleagues highly recommend them due to their lasting ability and quality. As I was busy testing the perfumes, the one employee at the store started telling me how I am testing their perfumes too much and how I was finishing the testers. She also told me that I am wasting the testing paper as well. I was so irritated because she was even lying down on the counter looking so bored and making video calls with her boyfriend during working hours while customers were looking for help. She was not interested at all. Her attitude was so bad that even other customers walked out of the store. Then I asked the other lady for help, she had the same attitude. This store is the only one in Atteridgeville but the complaints are overwhelming. Maybe these people don't want to work there anymore. I have far better shopping experiences in big malls but I want to try something different and support our locals but it's very bad.
