Disappointment Client, Poor Service

Last week was one of the disappointed day on my sister's Graduation Day. I have arranged with the Lady in Signature Cosmetics Store for Makeup. Our arrangement was done on the month before and i even come week before to confirm again our appointment. What happen on the day of Graduation the make-up lady was off, we were so frustrated not even offering us with any second opinion for apology. Signature Cosmetic Store Southgate ground floor what a poor Service. People are looking for a Job if you can't serve us leave and allow the ones to come serve us good with good Customer Service. If the lady has manners, she could have given us and day before to arrange for better person.
