Complaint about Katlego

I Wrote a complaint on their website and theres still no feedback. Last week saturday i went shopping at Forest Hill and as i was shopping i decided to walk into Signature Cosmetics to check if i would get a fragrance that i would like. As i was looking through the different fragrances i tested some of them just to differentiate the smells and choose which i like. I mean u cant buy something that u dont even know how it smells like. So the cashier said to me "excuse me those are not testers,we dont have testers", i looked at her and carried on with spraying the different fragrances. I mean i didnt sleep with her, y doesnt she greet?where is her customer service. Well i guess she thought i was there just to spray those fragrances and leave. She never thought i would buy. I then decided on the fragrances that i would take and went to the till to pay only to find out that she was the cashier,when i got there she didn't greet again. I looked at her and paid then left. By the way her name is Katlego. That girl has a bad attitude, she doesnt have a good customer service. If she doesnt want to work with people she must leave cos at the end of the day its the customers money that puts food on the table for her. She needs proper training and must stop undermining customers. Management should do something
