BAD SERVICE ON MY BIRTHDAY NOGAL!!!!

Went to Signature Cosmetics at Ermerlo Mall on my birthday, March 26, 2021 and we were not happy with the service we received. The lady was unhelpful, rude, unfazed, not interested. It was a very disconcerting service for a Signature Fragrance store. She did care to provide testers, and made as testers that were broken were our fault. I inboxed Signature on Facebook the following day. They responded by saying they will relay the message to their regional manager. I am still waiting to hear from them again.
