Bad customer service at signature Kokstad

Good day I had a bad experience at signature Kokstad I purchased some few items I was assisted by someone working in the shop I asked the price she told me tht the eye lashes were 40 rand when I paid at the cashier I later find out the lashes were 140 I took the laser amount cos I did not want to spend that much the cashier refused to exchange she further stated tht the person who was assisting me doesn't know the prices in the shop I assume she is new, she failed to refund the money I left the eye lashes and my 140 at the shop I need urgent assistance with this matter thank you
