Worst Experience Ever!

This horrible encounter occurred this passed weekend, on Sunday 22/09/2024 at the Umgeni Road/City View Mall branch. I was testing a perfume in store and the sales person yelled at me while standing at the till. The shelf had been set with perfumes in a high row and only three/four placed at the bottom of each..similar to how u would set up for testers. Here i was spraying a little into the bottle to smell it before purchasing when the coloured/ mixed race sales lady yells at me arrogantly DO NOT DO THAT, THOSE ARE NOT TESTERS! Her tone and body language was absurdly distasteful. That is not how u speak to customers. Sometimes your approach makes a difference in hkw you handle a situation. She could've politely redirected me to the tester section,if there was one. But instead,she chose to arrogantly scream at me whilst standing at the till, as if i was one of her children. For that,she lost a big sale from me. And most likely this bad experience of mine will shared amongst many platforms,as I am an influential, professional person working in the government sector and was in casual clothes at the time. Respect is a very big part in customer service and this certainly was not heard of in this store. Have some basic manners!
