Useless!

Signarama has really let us down. We were told that the job would be done quickly. All that was needed was pins to be fitted to our own signs and an installation. We keep getting promised that a team will be here the next day and they fail to show up. The call centre staff member who answered my call was extremely rude and argued with me. I then got a call from their management stating that they would be here the next day, being today, before 09:00. It is now after 09:00 so I called to find out if the team is still coming through to install our sign. The response i get: They are still busy and will be there at 10:30. This is ridiculous. I now have to move my appointments to accommodate them? If i did not call, would they have informed me that they are running late? Don't think so! Now... I will wait until 10:30. Doubt they will arrive at the time promise.. Useless.
