Terrible service, quality and attitude

Sign-A-Rama do not adhere to terms and conditions. Print quality is terrible and their attitude is horrible. I supp**** them with artwork which they modified and printed in the incorrect colour. I never received a proof to sign off on or anything, even though it states so in their terms and conditions. They then told me it was my fault and that if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay an additional R1900. Horrible place to deal with and staff have little experience in graphic as far as Im concerned.
