Signarama Edenvale director tells me to f! off- stunned.

I am so so so shocked at the way Signarama Edenvale has just dealt with my request.

I sent LIAM MARSHALL, apparently the director for that franchise, a request for a quote on a signage for our company on the 02 August, to which I was still waiting for today. When i decided to call and see if he has not forgotten my query after: communicating telephonically more than twice, and emails on the 02 and 08th August 2018 with details for the sign including measurements, he asks me to repeat and introduce myself. When i asked him how come he is confused and i have to start over with the request, he firmly told me "**** OFF!". I hung up.

I do not know where things went wrong for him to be SO disrespectful as to curse at me!!! I will be making noise about this. I cannot believe our black-owned company just spent over R75K on Signarama and this is the type of people part of their family. I should have given a smaller black upcoming company the business rather.

Had i encountered this individual before, i would not have given Signarama Witbank business due to the poor taste left in my mouth by this man. I am actually sad instead of angry.
