Signarama Durban . | *********** staff as high up as the Director Andre Vieira. They're running a circus not a business.

I have never dealt with such *********** staff in my life this includes the Director and Owner Andre Vieira. He is rude with toward his clients and lacks people s****s. No one can tell me when my job will be complete, furthermore there is NO communication between the branch and client. You NEVER know the status of your installation or job and when they agree on a date, it moves out and moves out eventually it's viscous circle. Also they demand FULL payment before the job, what business runs like that? I made a FULL payment, before the job took place hoping that they''re worth their salt and to much of my dismay, I am now sitting a almost a month later and my job is not complete and you need to call the Group General Manager to get answers out of them. I would urge every business in Durban or customer, never to use their service.. Also Andre Vieira the owners needs to wake up and small the coffee here, customers have rights don't deserve to be treated like that.
