Signarama bowling Avenue is useless and pathetic

I’ve been dealing with Shainal and Meshin who is the owner of signarama on Bowling Avenue in Sandton. I’m so annoyed and disgusted with the service I’ve received. They received my full money on 28 February 2020 for an address board for the complex in which I reside. They don’t communicate with the client on progress they don’t take my calls or reply to my emails or WhatsApp msgs I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism! These people are playing games and not serious about their business! They talk a big game but once you give them the job and they receive your money they don’t cooperate!! Shainal told me once they receive my money I will have the address board installed within 5 working days it’s been 15 working days since they received the money and I’m disgusted at their pathetic service!! They don’t answer my emails or phone calls or messages they just vanished!!!! Even the owner of this franchise doesn’t respond to clients so you know you dealing with a Pathetic useless and *****ed company. Please don’t use them you will regret it
