SHOCKING SERVICE

<p>Our company wall sign (very large and noticeable to all passer by's in the La Lucia area) has fallen apart. Clearly Sign A Rama's application was of a very poor qulaity. I have requested that they please come and repair it over a month ago. We have even paid quite a substantial amount for this repair to happen even though it was their error. One of the sales ladies, ensured me that someone would come and repair the sign yesterday...but still NOTHING has been done. It turns out she had not even let the production manager know about our plea. So she had **** to us over the phone. As a national company with a 18 year tenure, we have never ecxperienced such terrible service! We will never use Sign A Rama again!</p>
