Bad Service

Our company used Sign A Rama to do our signage on our windows and inside the office. The outdoor signage was prompt and we had no problems. The inside signage was bad and they had to redo the board about 5 times. We paid them R20 000 for all the signage, but we didn't do everything as we where still deciding what to do and we had a lot of problems on the inside board. We decided to leave the rest and they must make us Teardrop banners and a A-frame, which was also wrong. So now we where fed up with all their mistakes. We asked Sizwe to pay back the rest of the money which is about R8 000. Now he's got a lot of excuses like, the Sheriff came to take their equipment but it is back now, and they are struggling with the Internet, but the latest is LOADSHEDDING, the Internet is off all the time and they are struggling to get to all the people's requests but we see their vehicle everywhere putting up new signs. He doesn't answer our calls or e-mails, if we phone him from another nr he picks up and then we get all this excuses.
