Bad Client Service, No delivery after payment was received,

I ordered a sign for our business and paid for the sign. I was assured the sign will be up by x date, after late delivery they eventually brought the wrong signage, after numerous phone calls the correct sign has still not been put up. No where during this process was any effort made from their side to let me know what is happening and where they are with the project. They don't answer phone calls or emails. I will now request a refund.
