DONT USE SIGNAL CONNECTION

I would not recommend SIGNAL CONNECTION s a DSTV installer, the experience was unprofessional and traumatic. Wayne Makura and Brian Guvheya entered my premises and proceeded to correct the problem. They failed to give me a quote before they started the work and explain failed to explain what they were going to do. On completion of the work they presented me with an exorbitant bill charging R7,622.00 for an hour of work, R79.00 pm for a coaxial cable, and R1,850 for a DSTV optical inb which sells for R500.00. When I made the appointment the operator mentioned that there was R350.00 call out fee but failed to mention that there was a R2,595.00 per hour service fee.
