Amazing customer service

A friend recommended this to me, and I went ahead and purchased it. At first, it didn't work, and I thought it was a ****. I contacted the customer service, and they told me to check if the installation was ok. As it turns out the direction of the antenna wasn't setup well. I made a few adjustments, and I now get a strong signal in the house. Great customer service. Mia, if you're reading this - thank you again.
