Unaware Business Practice & Ignoring of Sale Opportunities

This company has questionable service and follow up processes. After quote was received they never got back to us after another 2 weeks despite requesting a design. When WE had to call back they ask me what I needed after they quoted me etc - WOW

When on a call after asking how come we havent received a design as a signage company the call was cut on me, when calling back the call was ignore a few times.

no designs, no awareness of actually request after two weeks and then ignoring a customer......3 areas which will bring down a business.....how can we trust a company like this.

surely will not get our business.
