Sign Africa Incompetancy

Took my brand new vehicle to Sign Africa in Okovango Junction for branding & sign writing. A week later the signs came off. They told me they must cut the stickers with a knife & it will then leave a gap of 3mm. I told them it's not what I wanted. Other sign writers told me that they used the wrong material & app**** it incorectly. I confronted Sign Africa with this info & they responded as follows: \We told you right from the beginning that the stickers won't last but you told us that you are willing to pay R3500 for sign writing that will last only a few weeks and requested us to proceed with the work. We also told you that the stickers won't stick to corrugated surfaces but you said it's okay
