Unprofessional Contractor

I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism from Sigmafix Construction. Around 5 August 2025, we reported an issue with the tiles in our main bedroom, which started bulging. This is concerning, especially since we only moved into the house in 2023.

Daniel, the contractor, came out once to inspect the issue and informed us that he would return with a report to confirm whether the problem would be fixed. Since then, there has been no follow-up. Calls are not answered, and communication has completely stopped.

For a construction company, this level of after-service is unacceptable. We expected accountability and proper communication, but unfortunately, this has not been our experience. I would not recommend Sigmafix based on how this matter has been handled.
