The Most Horrible Property Managers

Sigma Group is the worst. Their only interest is to collect your money and provide the poorest service. I own 4 other properties in different estates, by far, the property manager by Sigma is the most frustrating to the point that I’m considering to sell my unit. Despite my filling in the million pages of Sigma forms (which are duplicate paper work by the way) it is still like pulling teeth to move in my tenant into my own apartment. I have to beg Sigma to cooperate , they could not be bothered. They make so many mistakes in the process but too arrogant to even apologize. Sigma is always right, property owners are always wrong and they are happy to take your money. Disgusting!!
