Signa group/Academy Yes program

Signa group/Academy they are so heartless. Kgomotso and Penny who are in charge of Yes program they don't care about other people . If they like you they place you, and if they don't like you they don't care about you. This raises a lot of questions about the company's values. Me and my friends we signed contracts in December 2019. Then in January 2020 we attended training,we were told that we going to be placed. Well that was all lies. Kgomotso and Penny never communicated with us since January we have been sitting at, surprisingly they are new candidates who signed contracts and got placement during the, while us who came before them are still sitting at home. I'm so disappointed by how they run the program. We tried everything to reach out to them, still no response from the both of them. This is so heartbreaking , because I thought the Yes program is about providing unemployed youth with necessary work place skills. This really shows they have thier own people who they put on the program, while we sitting at home.

As young black woman. I'm feeling depressed, hopeless and divited. It really shows that in South Africa if you don't have connections you will remain unemployed forever. What hurts more is that none of them is communicating with us. They all quiet but we signed contracts, something doesn't add up about this two managers who run Yes program.

I guess as a black child I am on my own.
