Sigma Group worst service provider

Worst estate management service I have ever encountered. Our electricity goes off almost daily now and when it goes off it can be anything from 10 mins to 4 days -the manager in charge Raymond refuses to communicate or respond to our pleas. People are moving out of our complex regularly due to the constant power outage. It is a complex (estate) issue and not Eskom. This has been happening for over a year now
