Sigma debt collectors - terribe group and service

"My husband was sentenced to 18 years imprisonment. He has been in prison since August 2023 as per documentation sent to Sanlam. I have rep**** to their mails / sent separate mails etc but it is a lost cause. HE IS IN JAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It seems that they choose to ignore this simple fact just like they choose to ignore e-mails but then claim that they are being ignored or they are not able to reach you. Your claim that you haven't been able to reach him is false. I am going to spell it out again: HE IS NOT IGNORING YOU. HE IS IN JAIL. HE IS NOT ABLE TO WORK / E-MAIL / GET PHONE CALLS. Please get your facts straight. Look at the hundreds of e-mails sent to Sanlam, get your facts straight. Do not ever phone me again.
